October, what a Month!

We had a very busy month. Here are couple of the highlights. After Bridger tagged his buck, they were off to Idaho to try and tag three more. The first weekend was too warm and too many hunters out. The 2nd weekend Bridger and Wayne were able to get their bucks within 20 yards of each other. Stetson was not so fortunate. There's always next year. They had a great time and are so glad to go with their Dad and Grandpa out in the great outdoors. Venison anyone, we will not starve in hard times, guaranteed.

Caleb was busy with football playoffs. They played a wildcard series and went in as the fourth place team. They played hard, but came out a little short, however he had a great season and is already talking about playing next year. It was red ribbon week and they do some fun things. One of which was crazy hair day. It makes me realize it's not too bad having boy hair each morning before school.

And last was Halloween, Caleb is not that excited about dressing up and so chose to go as a football player. Except to not seem boring, we added a mustache, hilarious. That way it seemed a little like he was being different. Sorry, I don't know how to rotate the picture. Oh well.

We are looking forward to the holidays, they're already playing Christmas music on a couple of the channels. It truly is the "Most Wonderful Time of the Year"

What a fun month for you! Calebina looks great and glad they got their bucks. I love Christmas too and wish Thanksgiving wasn't so late this year. Hope November treats you as well!

Looks like fun. I am not sure I like the idea of christmas music just yet! It has been fun to see you more.
