A Very Busy Week

This is a really busy week. Bridger turned 17 on Saturday. We told him he was getting a much needed dresser. He informed us that is not what he wanted. Well, he did get the dresser and a pair of really cool headphones. He was very excited and surprised, it was fun to tease him. Bridger chose Chili's for dinner. It wasn't too long ago that a Happy Meal was the dinner choice, wow have things sure changed.
He wanted a made from scratch chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. It doesn't look the best, but was really yummy. He told me it was compariable to Costco's. I'm sure he was stretching the truth a bit, but way to score points, Happy B-day Pal.

On to Stetson's birthday. He turned 15 on Wednesday. He chose Texas Road House for his dinner. He loves steak, cooked medium and this places does not disappoint.

They put him on the birthday saddle and had everyone give him a big Texas Birthday Y'all. Even as shy and quiet as he is, he loved it.

He chose brownies and ice cream for his treat. Happy Birthday Stets, hope it was a fun day.

To continue on with our busy week, Valentines Day is around the corner. Here are the treats we made for Caleb's class.

Finally, the Valentine box that we did to look like an Ipod, complete with headphones. He was thrilled and excited to take it to school. Tomorrow's the big day. Valentine Party at school. I love this time of year. but it does get a little crazy.

Wow Feb is the month for your family isn't it! With yours coming up too. Last year for my birthday, my friends made me ride the mechanical bull at the rodeo! It was awful - but a fun way to exit my youthful 20's into my youthful 30's. Must be a Texas thing!
